Better Eating With BeLeaf

As we approach another holiday traditionally celebrated with one last hurrah of summer, people will gather for Labor Day to enjoy another day of grilling and the outdoors. It's easy to neglect certain parts of your daily care when you're concentrating on having fun. Still, there are some easy ways to incorporate BeLeaf CBD into your celebration to keep your self-care routine going and enhance your day.

CBD In Your Cooking

CBD oil in your cooking for bases, broths, dressings, and sauces is a perfect way to get your daily dose or even a little extra for relaxing. Incorporating the oil is usually a simple process when you can adequately blend the tincture so it becomes part of the dish, but not when you can cook it off. It is perfect for a holiday like Labor Day if you like to grill with your own barbeque sauce!

CBD and Gastrointestinal Diseases

If you like the celebrations of a good Labor Day cook-off but suffer from GI distress, you may find CBD helpful in combating various common gastrointestinal conditions. According to a survey conducted by Project CBD of 366 respondents(1), more than half reported feeling much better from abdominal cramps and indigestion. More than 100 of them reported feeling much better from acid reflux, bloating, and nausea.
